He was driving in a right hand lane for the best part of 30 minutes going 50 mph, he would then speed up and slow down like someone who was on their phone or not paying attention, people were actually under cutting just to get away from their awful driving

You only moved over to take the M6 junction from the M62, then probably continued on the M6 via the middle lane.
