Failed to stop at a flashing zebra crossing when pedestrians were clearly waiting in Cardiff. Continued driving completely unaware. Driver needs to consider glasses.

I was on a bus... and he was smacking his horn every time the bus was stopping at bus stops, 3 bus stops later he eventually drives past us, Parks outside his house and then proceeds to run to the bus, Stands in front of it and takes the registration plate as if the bus driver is at fault ?,
