Dickhead just stopped in the middle of the road blocking it with no spatial awareness. Then when parking blocked the road again and seemed to have no idea they were doing it.

Driver thought it was funny to keep slamming on the breaks on the South circular this morning all while it was raining And swerving in and out like it was funny!! Could have been half cut drunk for all we know he was a acting like a complete tosser and as a worker for ADT i would not want a scum bag like him putting any security cameras in my house!!! Maybe they should re think there workers as this one is just a complete prick with no idea how to drive just completely watless!!
