This dickhead cant understand that you cant try to overtake on a single lane on an A road when road works are in the other lane and then later on after he finally does get to overtake he decides his exit has arrived and cuts straight across the left hand lane in front of a lorry.

RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC on Langley Road, Watford and here's this cunt so engrossed in his mobile phone that he doesn't notice the car in front had gone for 30 SECONDS or more!! Literally, stopped on junction of Stamford Road with head down. When he finally moved I shouted 'watch the road not your phone', not sure if he heard, but did give me a good look as he drove down Station Road a couple of minutes later. Really hope the retard took something from it, looking at him and the car you can assume he was texting his 'babe' (or should I say the slag he needs to keep checking on)!! CUNT!!!
