I was only able to observe this driver for about 40 seconds before I lost sight of the old twat when I stopped for a pedestrian that he nearly ran over at a pedestrian crossing. In that 40 seconds he nearly caused 3 accidents on 2 consecutive mini-roundabouts. This dickhead needs to give his licence back.
