Another selfish bellend who can't find somewhere more sensible to park. Up on the kerb on double yellows on a fairly busy road/bus route.

Room to park in road but left car unattended for over an hour parked on corner/double yellows with sign right next to them!

You MUST NOT wait or park on yellow lines during the times of operation shown on nearby time plates Law RTRA sects 5 & 8
You MUST NOT leave your vehicle or trailer in a dangerous position or where it causes any unnecessary obstruction of the road. Laws RTA 1988, sect 22 & CUR reg 103

Very good driver. I was cycling in the cycle lane the driver still moved over wide to give me more than enough space.. many don't do that, and it's always appreciated :)
