I watched this car on 24/04/22 at 4:00pm in the West End car park in Fort William.
Absolutely atrocious driving, narrowly missed hitting someone walking had he not slowed down and on the way out of the car park went at least twice the speed he did when he was near the walker.
Do walkers a favour slow down or next time you will cause a serious accident.

This red Ford Fiesta approaches the roundabout on A584 between Freckleton and Warton too fast not able to brake in time for another vehicle going around the roundabout so pulls out rather close in front and heads into Freckleton.
The driver then speeds through Freckleton doing close to 30 mph in a 20 zone. Not a decent driver.
