This red Ford Fiesta approaches the roundabout on A584 between Freckleton and Warton too fast not able to brake in time for another vehicle going around the roundabout so pulls out rather close in front and heads into Freckleton.
The driver then speeds through Freckleton doing close to 30 mph in a 20 zone. Not a decent driver.

Every bloody time this guy goes out he revs up his engine really loudly after turning his car round. Granted it's a hill start but the fact is, nearly every other vehicle to do this 3-point-turn and then accelerate up the hill can do so without reviving and making a nasty racket. He does it on at least one of the other cars I've seen him drive as well. It must be some kind of nasty habit he's picked up. The car isn't exactly amazing but it's certainly more than adequate to just drive normally up the hill from a standing start. I expect he has SWS and is trying to make up for it by making his car grunt.

Learner driver under the instruction of someone incompetent. Doesn't indicate to change lanes and going at almost half the speed limit causing me to crash into the back of them.
Not blaming the learner driver at all but the person instructing them should definitely re take their test!
