Driver from Aberdare area, first class prick of a driver, overtakes multiple cars by Mountain Ash at 60-70 mph despite it being a 30mph zone, weaves in between cars whilst on a470 Abercynon roundabout. And turns right at said roundabout while entering roundabout in the left hand lane.
Driver needs to be taken off the road before he kills himself, or worse still - someone else.

Continually beeps horn loudly when "saying goodbye" to their friend, in our residential cul-de-sac. Irritating.
