Saw this car parked in the co-op car park in Theale, on Monday 28th may.
There was two young kids (4 years and 8/9 months approx) in the back, unattended, with no windows open, no air con was left on, they must have been BOILING.
I stuck around for ten minutes waiting for the parent to show up, but they didn't and I couldn't hang around for them. Hopefully they weren't in there for long.
Photo attached, but kids are out of shot on purpose. Didn't want to upload a photo of someone else's kids.

Used his horn against me in an attempt to make me exit the junction dangerously. I could not immediately pull out as there were cars approaching from the left. What if he does this to a child or inexperienced cyclist, who may be panicked into endangering themselves by making a dangerous manoeuvre?

Who owns this car?? There is a guy I think has stolen an identity using this registration to lure you he girls into believing he is someone he isn’t.

This could have resulted in a serious crash with innocent people killed. You need to send this footage to the police immediately as there is no place in society for people that purposely try to cause crashes.
