The driver of this car took out a tool from his boot and used it as a weapon. Happened in Alum Rock, Birmingham. Apparently some sort of gang fight.

Ran engine unnecessarily when stopped outside a school. When politely asked to stop, refused to, and carried on running her engine for zero reason.

No control what so ever, needs to go gym or something, arms aren’t strong enough to control that car.
