Red Volvo, male driver. Failed to stop for me on the zebra crossing on Chanterlands Avenue, Hull, even though another car had already stopped for me and I was half way across. Didn't give me eye contact and could've been hit if I didn't stop waking. Ignorant and selfish, or hasn't learnt to drive? You're supposed to stop for pedestrians!!!!
