Absolutely no clue. 35 in a 50 zone, didn't notice the drop to 30 until a big flashing sign with SLOW DOWN lit up on them, then 40 in a NSL. No chances to safely overtake and a huge queue building up behind me while I waited for them to find their brain

Turned right onto the parade at 8am this morning when it clearly says no left or right turns!
