Check out 05:24. Double white lines. Narrow roads. Brow of a hill. Traffic. 30 limit. I know I'll speed and over-take on the brow of the hill in the blind hope something isn't coming. IF this driver is not dealt with by the law then in my opinion it's only a matter of time before they kill. Well done for reporting this.

The problem is you're claiming to know what they think. They guy could have simply not seen you in time or just made an honest mistake. Why not just use your brakes and carry on with your day instead going to all this trouble?
