many a time have I seen this car doing wheel spins on the local park. IT IS NOT BIG OR CLEVER. I do not know HOW this car has passed an emissions test as it looks like a DIESEL TRAIN. Puffing smoke everywhere and intoxicating the air. I HAVE ASTHMA

Interesting. If I was being cynical, I would think this was a deliberate manoeuvre. The exit from the layby was, to put it mildly, unusually slow in fast-moving traffic. Just as well the dashcam caught all of it.
