I don’t think that’s a cop car, it’s probably owned by a fire chief/ fire officer as they have lights and sirens on their personal cars.

Driver should be ashamed I would have gone past with my pram and if it damaged their car then so be it and I’m sure it’s illegal to park on kerbs these days! Report the driver to the police hope u eventually got past xx

Park the car on the pavement so it doesn't get damaged but risking pedestrian's safety and the fact they might damage it squeezing past ? Why not leave enough gap for people to get through, it would only be an extra couple of feet on the road/off the kerb ?
