Tailgating my daughter (learner driver with L plates) for a couple of miles, then overtook on brow of hill, wrong side of road in a 30mph area.

Church Road, St Anne's by sea. I guess I can see the logic in what seems to be an over-reaction to some work on the sidewalk here - pedestrians guarding safely but looking further down on the same side! Some clowns are parked right on the pavement so the poor walker will need to pass it on the road - no temporary lights protecting them there !!!
