This crazy driver decided it was funny to splash me and my child while walking down the street. He even had the audacity to honk his horn after doing this!

We need some super hero guy who comes out with a single phone call to just tow cars parked like this around the corner. Can you believe the front of this owner in being aggressive! Cannot believe it myself-maybe they are so out of touch so unhinged that theyd react exactly the same even if that dying person was one of their own. Honestly it wouldnt surprise me.....what a piece of absolute scum.
