Chavvy "highway maintenance" who apparently think we need a perfectly good monolingual sign replaced with a bilingual one. Not sure which Welsh speakers got so uppity they demanded public money be spent on changing over perfectly good street furniture to new double size ones just because they need "Heol" as well as "Road" on there, but there you go. They'll be burning more houses soon.
