This guy nearly caused a collision involving our lane of traffic as well as oncoming lane of traffic as well illegally passing inbetween both directions of traffic lanes. Dashcam Video of incident here:

Absolute idiot with serious anger issues. Passed a cyclist this evening blasting his horn at high speed and nearly clipped the handle bars of the cyclist. Well ridden by the cyclist for not swerving and falling in front of my car. Well known in the area for his temper and erratic driving. Not doing his reputation any good with his business name splattered all over his van
