M4 near Bath on Sunday 19 June 2016. Driver with TARW plate in cab. Heavy traffic, stop-start, very slow and driver not happy, driving dangerously close to cars in front of him, even at that slow speed, almost touching back bumpers and sounding his horn even though the traffic in front of him could not move faster. Huge truck, quite scary.

Absolute idiot. No lane discipline. Speed goes up and down like a yo yo. Can't drive around corners without practically stopping! Nearly drove into me at a roundabout. Get off the road!

nearly runs wife over and hits my car while im parked in Salisbury's Birmingham castle vale
and does not answer calls form his insurance company even letters.
drivers like that should not be allowed on road and should be logged on insurance data base that he does not reply to insurance company
