Just one of many twats parking up on the pavement by a roundabout and zebra crossing. Couldn't give a flying fuck about pedestrian or other driver safety by obscuring view and blocking access.

Seemingly extremely nervous driver which made vehicle handling erratic.
Drove down our road, did a very tentative three point turn, crawled back up to the main road, then sat there dithering (barely any traffic), reversed back a bit, then sat there with the reverse light still on, for about two minutes, before carrying on the way she had come.
Probably lost, but really not doing herself any favours driving so timidly.

Seriously bizarre behaviour and driving.
Firstly there were guys hovering around it and looking at other cars all the time, in the pouring rain, then people coming in and out of houses.
Finally it leaves but instead of doing a three point turn in the cul-de-sac like nearly everyone else does, it did this weird kind of manoeuvre on a narrow bit of road between parked cars and vans - must've been a 25 point turn.
Then started to drive off and stopped to have a gas with someone on the pavement (still in the pissing rain) and in doing so blocked someone else from passing.

Instructor says- not when theres cars coming the other way, ie, he thinks if theres cars coming the other way then you should just go past the bicycle anyway, even if theres not room to do it. Who gave you permission to teach others? You DONT OVERTAKE- you WAIT. Itys not bloody hard.
