What I just witnessed in Neath, South Wales from a guy driving this red Renault Kadjar CE18TLF was disgusting and he should be ashamed. A mother with two small children and a pram in the town centre might have been in his way ( no fault of hers), but to beep and then shout profanity and gesticulate at her was appalling.
