Old man probably around 50-60s all most run over a 5 year old and her parents. When spoken to and said there’s a child by there he replied i know and went to drive towards them again

I find this absolutely disgusting, refusing to move her car for 10 minutes, not just asked by me but also 2 other people to move, expecting me to walk on the road around her car, what if someone in a wheelchair come around the corner, how would she expect them to get a wheelchair down off the kerb. Shocking how disrespectful some people can get!

Massive VW Transporter van parked halfway out into a junction meaning everyone had to manoeuvre out and not have visibility. No valid MOT test either. Prick.
