The driver of this vehicle is a danger to other road users and pedestrians. She's has been found to speed around Nelson, Lancashire near Burnley. She fails to use her indication. The car's also a mess with corrosion everywhere.
Tubby balding bloke parked up in back alley (not a euphemism) and then proceeded to climb up to look over people’s back walls into their gardens/yards. Then reversed a bit and showed interest in a council grit bin. Then did some very odd manoeuvres when driving off.
