No clue how to drive.. drives at 35 for mile upon mile no matter the limit. Puts lights up on high beam as vehicles approach and then dips after being flashed. At the last second they put their headlights back in high blinding the oncoming traffic. Every vehicle driving towards this driver now has burn marks in the rear of their eyes thanks to this moron. Absolutely clueless...

It’s still double yellows even if none of your tyres are touching them. Right near a busy school walking route on a main road too. This car is frequently parked here.

Stop parking on double yellows. This is a busy road, bus route, and you're blocking a lot of the pavement.
