Trying to block both lanes to prevent people overtaking you is not clever!
Nobody likes being overtaken and nobody likes queing whilst people race past and 'nip in at the end', but trying to be your own road block, straddling both lanes and veering outwards to stop them getting in front of you is far more dangerous and illegal than anything they were doing.
At least it was funny to watch (from my position in the queue behind you), until I realised if you did hit them, we'd all be stuck behind your crash...
