Driving like a dick, cutting in and out of traffic. Also went through a 'No Entry except for access' sign to skip the traffic lights. Definitely not a safe driver!

A fat bloke with a snapback and a vest on driving like a nutcase. Overtaking cars going at the speed limit, went through 2 red lights and throwing rubbish out the car window
Update - Since been told by somebody else in Wigan they had the same experience with this car overtaking them for travelling at a safe speed to then have silver astra CX54 PYL slam on in front of them and tell him to ‘Go go and die’ as well as more vile words...ps Turns out this isnt a fat bloke....its a fat lesbian named ‘Steph’

Very inexperienced driver by the look of things. Her boyfriend in the passenger seat looked very good when he offered her assistance in reversing out of her parking space. True gentleman.
