Honked at and gave middle finger to cyclist cycling on cycle path cycling in opposite direction. No prior interaction with the driver.

Black Ford Kuga. Overtook line of traffic on single carriageway coming out of Porthmadog. Cut in front of me to avoid head-on collision. After I beeped, male passenger opened his window and sat on the sill whilst gesturing for me to pull over (presumably because he/they wanted a fight?). Female driver swerving around, braking hard in order to initiate a collision and gesticulating. Male passenger then brandished a pair of shoes (yes shoes) and made throwing actions. Dangerous road user to say the least.They had at least 1 child in the car, as did I.
