Seen on the M60 north Manchester 16/10/21 undertaking other vehicles at speed.
This numberplate was modified with a black dot on the 11 so it looks like a U. Also illegally blacked out windows.
I can't think why someone would want a numberplate that said "drugs X" unless they were an attention seeking loser.

Road works in Lancs. Lanes closed off. Traffic is supposed to come up South Rd, & anyone wanting in to Lancs or down to Aldcliffe need to go round The Pointer roundabout and back down South Rd.
Problem is traffic is nose to tail and people are impatient.
So what you have is lazy pillocks like this person in the Astra who come up South Rd, stop where you see the red car in the image and bully their way in because they think they shouldn't have to wait like everyone else.
