This guy is absolute trash, no manners no respect for locals, everyday from about 8am-6am the following morning, people drive past the local pub beeping loudly, not just a 1 second beep it's like BEEEEEPP or beep beep beep or what ever...

Driver seems to be under the impression that when he has skipped a queue of stationary traffic, and the right lane has to merge, it is the obligation of the car on the left to let them in. Also seems to have no idea what speed limits mean. According to the DVLA site, no idea what VED is either.
