Idiot in Liverpool. Undertakes a line of traffic (parked cars on road so everyone is in the right hand lane) and then swerves in front of a car to get into the right-turn-only lane.

My foot was nearly run over by a elderly lady driver driving a Vauxhall Corsa. I was stationary and sitting on my bike talking to a friend on the pavement.
I had words with the driver and then she left. For some reason we hung around and the driver brought her daughter back, which resulted in the Police attending and her mother receiving a caution!
