Obstruction on their side of the road but pulled onto the opposite side of road and hit side of my car as I passed. Failed to stop after hitting me and just drove on.

Driver seemed to take great umbrage at being passed, on the A90 northbound. He was generally observing the speed limit, but if overtaken, he would speed up and overtake, then cut in and brake check (there were no vehicles further ahead necessitating any avoiding action). Tried the stunt three times in about 15 minutes: twice with my driver and at least once with another driver.

This idiot was tailgating in the 2nd lane of the A38. When I moved into the 1st lane the idiot went on to tailgate others.
