Driving a car with bald tyres and no MOT Tax and obviously therefore was an offence add to that putting children in the car and you have a worst then worse driver. The Police in Shropshire are obviously also retarded, let's hope the driver doesn't kill or injur anyone else in their quest to drive at No cost.
