Doing 30 through a residential, then this nutter overtook me FLAT OUT IN REVERSE, did a 180 handbrake turn, then sped off and nearly bulldozed an old lady at a zebra crossing. Then caught up with him further down the road, where he was busy trying to film himself with a DSLR and fly a drone, all while steering his vehicle with his left foot and operating the pedals with the right. Absolutely disgraceful driving.
