The drivers poor overtake could easily have killed or injured the cyclist and is inexcusable and would result in a prison sentence.
The cyclists poor response is also inexcusable BUT would not result in a prison sentence

Was behind this car and for some reason he or she kept putting it in reverse at the 2 sets of lights I met the car at. No idea why however the light dazzled me and now I am currently have retina surgery. Thanks
