To be fair a lot of these "red route" schemes are just plain dumb, having been implemented by over-zealous power-mad councils who are more interested in profit than they are safety. They deliberately provide insufficient parking and access because they want people to be fined, and to argue amongst themselves instead of demanding their tax money goes towards fair and sustainable solutions.
In this instance, I do not see the vehicle obstructing the whole footway - there's loads of space left. It could be parked a bit better i.e. not jutting out especially it's rear, but I've seen a lot worse..
This car just cut me off on the M5 and once I flashed him to let him know I was there they brakes checked me alarmist causing me to crash, unfortunate I couldn’t get a photo because they took off very fast afterwards
Cut me up at the lights shouting "get out of my way I've just been stuck behind a learner and I'm going to be late to sign on" Driver then threw an empty packet of Amber Leaf and my car and sped off as the lights turned to green.
This type of parking results in deaths for cyclists, please report to police.
