According to the pictures the driver published the speed was 20 mph on average based on the GPS location. This is 30 mph road,. So possibly the driver is causing unnecessary delay to the van driver, that may cause road rage. I do not think the van driver is too close, specially that the last picture is at 2 mph.

came off M60 at junction 18 in 50mph roadworks by speeding to overtake one more car and pull in at last minute cutting people up. untaxed so uninsured. fat middle aged man with acne scarred completion and mousy spiky hair.

caught up with him at end of M606 so despite his antics he made no extra progress compared to driving properly. Still Weaving and cutting people up through Bradford. Omega red car.

Seems like the whole incident was caused by a cyclist holding up the traffic.
