Maniac, avoid at all costs picking and choosing when they have right of way, giving way when they dont have right of way is courteous yes but they also forgot about giving way when they should and cut someone off to their right on a roundabout. The other driver was a learner so I suspect it was either anti-learner or generic not paying attention. I feel bad for the learner, who was not doing anything wrong but she looked quite dazed and stalled.

Man driving. Went through the traffic calming measure when his way was not clear and not his right of way causing gridlock through woodplumpton at peak time. When advised by several pedestrians and drivers to back up he did nothing. Causing delays for everyone.
