Parked on double yellow lines down the road, despite space being available outside the Tesco Express off Langley Road, Watford. Woman, 30-40, then walked unaided and at pace to the shop.
Left two dogs in the car with no windows open.
Also had put a disabled badge holder on display, not actually showing the disabled badge, so either trying to abuse the badge system or doesn't actually have a badge at all.
Obviously not intelligent enough to realise that not actually showing a badge will still lead to them getting a parking ticket if a traffic warden saw it.
Amazing timing that a Police car turned up, informed them of the above, and the reg no. is now on their system... let's hope the driver finds out the hard way!

Ford fiesta going slow as anything in average speed zone in a 50.
As they approach the drop to 40 they start to accelerate & then do about 45 in the 40 to stop anyone passing them.
Just do the limit!

Suzuki Swift driving around Garstang with his farty exhaust with no tax.
Probably think that just because it only does a couple 100 miles per year that it's ok to not tax it.
News for you sunshine, having it MOTd doesn't matter, if it's not taxed & you have an accident then you're also not insured.
