Irrelevant of race or anything else, this driver needs banning for life. Obviously arrogant and no regard for anyone else. Playing the good old race card is the last straw, that really does paint a picture!
I think that you should be able to upload videos like this to the insurance companies web site, or that the insurance companies should search this website when they come around to renewal... Just saying!
From the report it seems she a) can't see anything wrong with over-taking there, and b) Was shocked by what happened. Well, she really shouldn't be driving then..her lack of spatial awareness is going to kill.
Where was this? There's a lot of Arabs in the country at the moment showing off expensive cars..maybe they can also assist any police enquiry (although as reported many foreigners continue to get away with blue murder on our roads).
