Seat Ibiza male driver 20s. Driving down 30mph Miurhead Avenue from Queens Drive junction at 60-65mph. And despite being in the left/straight lane went right when these lights changed, down Croxteth Hall Lane. Loud music and looking at phone at lights.
I pulled over and reported his details to 101. Absolute reckless driving and going to get someone killed. And as the photo demonstrates, speeding gets you nowhere.
