Lousy at parking, he/she took up two parking paces so other people could not park their cars including me.

Another Asian Blackburn t0$$er! Drove straight at me because there were speed humps in the road. There was also a parked car on my side, so I stayed to the centre of my lane. He came well over the white lines.
