Driving conditions already poor and this selfish excuse for a human being causually parks up, jumps out and grabs her bag and presumably off to work - Meanwhile 10 minutes later massive queues as drivers struggle to get resulting in very long tailbacks. Gritter - stuck, ambulance (x2) - stuck.
