Ok I gotta call bullshit on this one. No fucking way these 'P' plates are legit. I've seen learners on their first lesson drive better than this clown. All over the road, stalling, no idea of speed limits, slowing down for literally anything... If it's genuine you should sue your instructor and the examiner should be in prison.
But looked like a middle aged Asian guy, so my guess is he's just blatantly breaking the law.
