Hit and run in flood water. Drove down a closed road, and hit a stationary pedestrian attempting to stop. Continued to drive through the first pedestrian, hitting and knocking down a second, before driving off.

Car got no tax, no insurance and failed an MOT in December (not had an mot since 2021) exhaust smoking, woman driver, think there was a baby seat in the back too 😡 un road worthy . woman probably got no licence couldn’t even drive . She cut me up too. Seen around worcester. if you see this let the tyres flat 👍
