I found this on the Internet. Perhaps the driver would like to explain their side? They along with 4 other male and 1 female occupants were apparently seen in Tipton, West Midlands by several witnesses, shouting abuse after which the driver allegedly tried to assault someone.
That is an illegal and careless obstruction of the highway, forcing people to go in the road. Any accidental damage done to the vehicle as a result of people pushing past would be on the owner.
Driving drunk!
