Phone the police tell them you suspect someone is driving under the influence of drink and/or drugs. Let the prick see themselves on a camera AFTER they've tried to deny any wrong-doing. Once again Coventry shows the reason why it's considered by many to be the arse end of England..it's no surprise with so many little shits like that on the road. I hope they are caught and prosecuted.

After talking to my Romanian neighbours, they think they dont need insurance or tax! Just buy a car, put gas and go! They park in the worst places! Someone go prove them wrong and take the vehicle off them! They are very dangerous
