Driving like someone without a licence on the M40 on 19/02/19. Clear dry night...Rear fog light on, only one headlight, working headlight on main beam, front fogs on. 60mph in central lane of M40 with light traffic.
The idiot driver of this vehicle drove from Gatwick on M23 A23 towards Brighton in un unsafe bullying way. The visibility on the motorway was bad and lots of surface water he was speeding and tailgating. He was so close to me flashing me to get out of the way, I couldn’t because of the rain I could not safely move lanes due to poor visibility.
Tailgating along 'The Turnpike' (B1113) and into Bunwell, Norfolk. Overtook when driving through Bunwell and sped off into in the distance. I was doing 40mph and the speed limit is 40mph. 4th Feb 17:45.
