This motorbike was speeding into a carpark and almost hit a pedestrian that walked out. Pedestrian stopped in time but motorbike shouted abuse. Complete chav of a rider wearing shorts and tee shirt. Will get his skin peeled off when he eventually falls off.
Bad driver, starts his vehicle and sits in it with the engine running for upwards of 1.30 hours. Playing with his phone. Not once, but every time he parks in this residential area.
Emission of carbon monoxide in this small lay bye adjacent to & very close to residential homes with open windows. Children & the elderly live immediately, less than 5metres from this parked vehicle.
Something has to be done to stop this careless & irresponsible driver from this unnecessary habit.
Toyota vehicles don't need to run their engines for this length of time in July.
Plonker pulled in front of us with barely an inch space, no indicators and on the motorway! She did same thing further ahead. An accident waiting to happen, sadly as kids in the car :-(
