A driver who thinks they are so important that they have to right to park their vehicle full on the road causing an obstruction.
Your car belongs on the road. If you can’t park legally, you don’t automatically get the right to park illegally!
When pedestrians have to push past your vehicle that’s parked on the pavement it’ll be such a pity when their coat zip or keys brush against your vehicle!

Blew through a red light at the pelican crossing outside Whiston hospital. There was a lady with pram on the crossing and this driver didn't even slow down!
Also the car's MOT expired 16 Feb 2018.

worst driver EVER! when coming off the m62 he was constantly tail gating me, the when i was on the slip road coming onto the m60 just before the exit for atherton he kept flashing his main beams too! like how thick can you be BLINDING SOMEBODY ON A MOTORWAY?!?! i couldnt have LEGALLY gone any faster than 50 as we were heading onto average speed check and THERE WAS WORKMEN IN THE ROAD.
i will be in contact with his company in the morning when there is somebody to pick up the phone.
can tell you one thing though theres no wonder there’s a rtc DAILY involving trucks when its these muppets we’re giving truck licenses to.
