Clearly seen holding the phone in the left hand while steering with the left. Then excessively speeding in a 50mph limit. Its only a matter of time before you either crash, hurt someone or get caught using your phone.

On Saturday 27th May I was cycling along Blackburn New Road, Wheelton, just passed the junction with Victoria Street and Briers Brow when a grey car hurdled passed at speed, providing hardly any space.
Lancashire Police are taking action against the driver.
